They are made from quality, high-carbon SK120 steel, known for its exceptional hardness, corrosion resistance, and excellent edge retention. This steel is then heat tempered to achieve a stronger yet pliable blade. The process also allows for a steeper, double-honed edge, delivering superior sharpness.
